It does not work well on'mini'type bikes that are using 20 X 1-1/8' or 1-3/8' tires. It is designed to work on standard 20' bikes. Many of these bikes are still using the threaded headset. It also fits alot of'department store' bikes, such as many of the Mongoose-type bikes, that are still sold through Wal Mart, Costco, etc. That were built before the threadless system became the standard. This fork will fit a ton of'old-school' BMX bikes. It does NOT work with a'threadless' headset system.
